Inspections are performed by trained professionals who are ASHI Certified
Inspectors. Many inspectors will tell you that they meet or exceed the ASHI
standards, however, they are not ASHI Certified Inspectors. We proudly
display our ASHI numbers and encourage you to check with ASHI to see that
we are members in good standing.
For your convenience, inspections are performed Monday through Saturday.
The inspector will be at the home for 2.5 to 3 hours and you are encouraged to
follow the step-by-step inspection and ask questions along the way.
Upon completion, the inspector will prepare a Property Inspection Report
with easy to read details on:
Our inspectors use a hand held PDA to compile the data for the report. The
report is emailed to you and your agent (with your permission) the same day.
The report can be generated on site if prearranged before the inspection.
Extra time is needed to transfer the data into a lap top and then prepare and
print the report on site.
